Impact of Work from Home on Employee Satisfaction: An Empirical Study on Bangladesh

چکیده

This study is based on working from home and the aim to assess impact that has employee satisfaction within organizations of Bangladesh. Additionally, purpose address variable’s effects (flexibility, perceived autonomy & work-family balance, etc.) relationship between work job satisfaction. As a result, this focuses light current insight into employees’ attitudes along with its outcomes. A total 68 employees participated in study, which an online survey, findings are mainly attained through primary data. will beneficial for HR department organizations, policymaker, future students because they can find out concept affects employee’s Key w ords: Work Home (WFH), Satisfaction, Flexibility, Autonomy, Work-life Balance.
